These terms govern access to and use of the GestionEstate service.
GestionEstate is a SaaS software solution enabling automated processing of user-transmitted information, data extraction and structuring, operational assistance and, depending on configuration choices, the automation of certain workflows.
GestionEstate is designed as a decision-support, automation and business-process optimization tool. The service relies on technical mechanisms, configurable rules and automated processing intended to improve operational efficiency.
Any final decision and any operational validation remain the sole responsibility of the user.
The service operates on the basis of information transmitted by the user or on the user’s initiative. The transmission of information to the service constitutes an explicit processing instruction. GestionEstate does not verify the origin, accuracy, completeness or regulatory compliance of transmitted information.
The user is solely responsible for the information transmitted to the service, the lawfulness of its collection, the activation and configuration of automation features and any decision or action taken on the basis of the service output.
GestionEstate is bound by a best-efforts obligation. The service is designed according to professional standards intended to provide reliable, coherent and secure processing. However, no guarantee is given as to the absolute accuracy of processed information, the relevance of generated outputs or the total absence of errors in automated processing.
GestionEstate shall not be liable for decisions made by the user, for consequences arising from the use of processed information, or for indirect damages, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, reputational damage or commercial prejudice. In any event, GestionEstate’s total liability shall be limited to the amounts actually paid by the client for the service during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures, service evolution or technical incidents. GestionEstate may modify features, workflows, interfaces or service behavior at any time for improvement, adaptation or security purposes.
The service, its structure, components, workflows, content, documentation and interfaces remain the exclusive property of GestionEstate or their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to the client.
These terms are governed by French law.
